I loved staying at this hotel. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. They let me stay and use all the facilities even after I checked out. The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful location, surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were really nice and clean. The breakfast was great, and there was a good selection of food to choose from.

Our room with a terrace gave us direct access to the beautiful garden, where we enjoyed relaxing walks. The service was impeccable, with room service available and an option for airport shuttle. The staff were friendly and approachable, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including a spa & wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing us to stay connected during our stay.

During our New Year's stay, I liked the quality of the food provided at the hotel's restaurant, especially the fresh fruit available at breakfast. The hotel's location in a peaceful environment was relaxing, and the convenience of direct access to the garden from our room was a plus.

I was disappointed with the lack of maintenance of the hotel's infrastructure, particularly the holes in the pool area and wet carpets in the indoor pool area. Getting transportation to and from the hotel was also challenging and unsafe.

Although there were some good points about the hotel, overall I wouldn't recommend it. the location was convenient, with easy access to the hot springs, and the food was decent. the Christmas decorations were lovely and made the hotel look very festive.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and lovely gardens at this resort. Our comfortable room had a thermal tub and nice views of the countryside. The indoor and outdoor thermal pools were relaxing, and there were nice walks around the property. We appreciated the good wifi and breakfast selection, as well as the covered parking.

One member of the staff wasn't very accommodating when our party member accidentally broke a glass in his room, which left us with a bad impression.
